Summer Momentum
Finding Rhythm, Strength and Direction Together
We form teams and learn rowing. Will we be able to perform in a newly formed team. Moving in rhythm with the members of our team, we experience our own physical power and limits & we learn how and when to lead or follow, and how our contribution leads to an optimal team performance. Conversations flow naturally as the shoreline slowly passes by.
From the shore, we begin our ascent. Step by step from Lake Zug towards Zugerberg. The group stretches out, comes back together, finds its pace. We enjoy a short pause at the fire with simple food & drinks enjoying the hard earned view.
By late afternoon we arrive at a Biohof above the lake. Aprons on. Under professional guidance we cook what the land offers. We enjoy the creations of each other and come together in the evening for a last deep session with coaching interventions.
We sleep in the barn far from everyday noice. We enjoy breakfast together in the calm morning light – and then everyone returns to their world, carrying the clarity and connection of the last 24 hours.
