Spring Compass

Join us in April and May 2026 to learn on how founders are choosing paths and planting seeds. We begin the day stepping into the forests above Einsiedeln, where the many paths through the woods mirror the decisions, every founder eventually faces. Summer Mometum

Finding rhythm, strength and direction together. We form teams and learn rowing. Will we be able to perform in a newly formed team. Moving in rhythm with the members of our team, we experience our own physical power and limits & we learn how and when to lead or follow, and how our contribution leads to an optimal team performance. Conversations flow naturally as the shoreline slowly passes by. From the shore (…)

Autumn Harvest

Enjoy the fruits of your investments. We start before sunrise, moving quietly through the darkness with the help of a torchlight. The early start helps you shift from everyday routines to deep reflection, as the day slowly unfolds and allows us to step into it little by little. While hiking through mountain forests, we gather mushrooms with care and attention. This veritable practice of patience and trust, guided by experience and humility, reminds us that not everything that grows and is available to us is meant to be taken, and that abundance often rewards those who look closely and stay patient. Along the way, we create space to reflect on success and failure, (…)

Experience a day of water, fire, physical activity and deep reflection. To break the ice – quite literally – we start the day with a private spa experience at the shore of Lake Zurich, cooling ourselves directly in the lake. Warmth and water create a space for vulnerability, helping us arrive in the moment, letting go, and leaving our daily life behind. From there, Winter Tale carries us onward– across the lake and into the snow-covered hills around (…)
