Summery Waters

Take a Deep Dive, Cool Down and Refresh Yourself.

To start the day, we enter the water together and swim across the lake to a mystical island. This form of exercise enhances self-empowerment and awareness, and allows us to enter the present moment, releasing our fixation on the past or the future.

A boat takes us to shore, and from there we continue our journey by train. Upon arrival, we continue hiking as we reflect on what gives us energy and what subtly and consistently drains us, learning to embrace simplicity and joy in motion.

Wonderfully composed music accompanies our final reflections — a different language for what is sometimes hard to put into words. We close the day grounded, refreshed, clearer, and more aware of how we want to move through the intensity and actions of summer.

Over a relaxed apéro, we come together once more to reflect on the day, share what stayed with us and enjoy the ease of summer. A gentle closing celebrating newly found connection.
